Some people think they are flying when in reality they are falling, it all feels the same through the air if you haven’t done it before.

How many times have you had an amazing year or quarter. Taken the growth and the momentum to think it will last forever. Hired more staff, invested in more equipment on the back of promises made, not contracts signed?

Profit and Cashflow is the deciding factor on if you fly or fall and if you take too long to work that out flying turns into falling and you won’t work that out until you are at the end.
Invest in the best professional support like accountants, lawyers, financial and coaches you can afford that have a track record of dealing with companies your size.
Don’t know then talk to your network. Surround yourself with peers that run businesses your size, with your morals and abilities and talk to them about your problems I promise you they have had them. Don’t take advice from those smaller than you or haven’t been in business as long.
Fly with people that have flown your route and know the way.
